BAMBOO RICE PORRIDGE: This recipe is very famous in tribal Andra and Orissa
1)take 1/4 cup of bamboo rice powdered ;1/4 of roasted green gram powdered ; jaggery small peace and coconut milk 1/4 cup
method of preparation: take a small bowl add 3cups of water and add the powder of bamboo rice and green gram and mix them thoroughly until they mix in water after three to four minutes add coconut milk and jaggery and bring it to thick porridge serve it in a fresh bowl add cinnamon for smell
this recipe is easily digestible and health . the medicinal effect of bamboo rice is said to anti arthritis. if taken with little quantities its benficial .
